The Science Behind Heartilo
Our romantic personality framework is built on three peer-reviewed psychological models:
- 1.Attachment Theory (Bowlby, 1969; Bartholomew & Horowitz, 1991) — the strongest individual-difference predictor of relationship satisfaction.
- 2.Big Five Personality Traits (Costa & McCrae) — the most scientifically validated personality model, with over 50 years of cross-cultural research.
- 3.Love Attitudes Scale (Hendrick & Hendrick, 1986) — measuring romantic orientation across passion, connection, and partnership dimensions.
